 | Michael Stough
President and CEO, Stough Group and affiliated corporations
When asked about his interests, Stough Group's president and CEO claims a range "a mile wide and an inch thick." Michael joined the family plasma business after college in 1975, and originally got into real estate development in 1981 to avoid plasma center lease hassles. Under his leadership, PlasmaCare grew from two to 14 donation centers, and the Real Estate Development Group generates rental income of $2.5 million annually. To say he enjoys travel is an understatement. Any given month will find Michael visiting several continents for business and outdoor adventure. When he is in town, your best bet for getting the multi-directional executive to sit still is his "annex" - the very male smoking room meticulously decorated by Michael's life and business partner Barbara Stough. Michael serves on the board of directors of the Museum of Natural History and is also a trustee and past president of the Over-The-Rhine Chamber of Commerce. He is the general partner or managing member of several real estate partnerships and maintains an Ohio real estate license. |

 | Tom Shumaker
VP, Director of Real Estate Development, Stough Group
Tom designed residential, retail, corporate and industrial projects for more than twelve years before joining Stough Group in 1994. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning, and is currently licensed in 14 states. He is also licensed by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and maintains a Kentucky real estate license, Tom is married with three daughters, two stepsons, and five grandchildren. He enjoys music, golf and traveling. |

 | Barbara Stough
owner, Barbara Stough Interiors
While maintaining an active residential practice specializing in restoration work, Barbara has been a Stough Group collaborator since 1994. She established her firm after six years with a prominent local designer. Her portfolio includes health care facilities, retail strip centers, and an ongoing relationship with the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. She holds a BA in design from the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning at the University of Cincinnati. Barbara spends her free time skiing, swimming, gardening, running, backpacking and fishing. She and Michael have been married 20 years and have two teenage sons. |

 | Scott King, R.A.
VP, SDC Design, Inc.
Scott has over 20 years experience designing commercial, retail, corporate and industrial facilities. In addition to his design and management talents, he offers expertise in project presentation and use of the technological tools of the trade. The Group's Design Manager is a member of the AIA and is a registered professional in the states of Ohio, Michigan and Virginia. A graduate of Louisiana Tech University School of Architecture, Scott is married with two children, enjoys water sports and home improvement projects. |

 | Bill Caruso
Asset Manager
Bill graduated from the Real Estate Finance MBA program at the University of Cincinnati in 1998. He began his professional life as a property manager for commercial and industrial property before transitiioning to retail management at Tri County Mall in suburban Cincinnati. Bill was also a partner in a real estate investment company specializing in residential property development and rehabbing historic homes. He currently maintains real estate licenses in both Ohio and Kentucky. Bill joined Stough Group in 2007 where is primary role is to manage and enhance the value of the group's real estate portfolio. Bill is married with two kids and enjoys skiing, golf, home improvement projects and playing with his kids. |

 | Russell Taylor
Accounting Manager
Russell began working as an accounting clerk in 1991 and soon discovered that accounting was his passion. He enrolled at Morehead State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and finance. Since then, he has worked as an accountant in public accounting, communications, computer consulting, plasma manufacturing, and now real estate. Russell is married and enjoys music, bicycling, and travel. |

 | Michael Paul
Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager, Stough Development Corporation
Michael has managed the design and construction of residential, multi-family, anchor retail, community center retail and corporate office projects. In the field since 1985, he joined the Stough Group in 2001. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Detroit, is a registered architect in the State of Ohio and has served as Vice President of Membership and Membership Director for the Southwest Ohio chapter of the Project Management Institute. Michael is married with two children and enjoys home improvement projects, travel and spending time with his kids.
